Your details, kept to the job.
What we collect when you ask us for a quote, why, and what you can ask us to do with it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who we are
Solas Printing, 89 Nelson Mandela Drive, Mokopane, 0600. Phone 015 491 4197, email info@solasprinting.com. The owner of Solas Printing is our Information Officer.
What we collect
When you send the quote form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the details of your job and any files you upload. When you call, email or WhatsApp us: whatever you choose to send.
Why we collect it
To prepare your quote, produce and deliver your order, and contact you about it. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run this website and our email, and a courier company if we deliver your order. Each sees only what it needs for that.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your quote and order, and after that only as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@solasprinting.com and we will respond. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Regulator.
